Awesome staff. They are very helpful and informative. He’s got a wide variety of therapy including infrared sauna, red light, cryo, body sculpt, emttt the list goes on and on. Grateful to have found this hidden gem.

The fountain of youth ! This place is AMAZING! I really love going to Sub Zero Cryotherapy & Recovery. The staff is always friendly, and Anthony in particular makes you feel like you are more than a just customer. It feels more like you are part of the family. I use the cryo chamber as well as the sauna and compression sleeves every day. My sleep has improved drastically. My muscles are noticeably less sore after a workout, and I’ve been able to train harder than I have in years.

From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the modern, clean facility that exceeds professionalism and top notch recovery. The staff were absolute rockstars-welcoming and knowledgeable, guiding me through the various treatments available. What truly stood out was the owner’s expertise.

We met with Anthony and Olivia who was so nice. Beyond that they were very inviting, we had interesting conversations and the best part were the laughs. My kids run track and play basketball and they said they feel great after the treatments. The sauna and cold chamber refreshed me and my fiancé. So we will be return customers and if you been wondering whether or not to go, I’m saying GO! I wish them much success. Thank you for the great hospitality as well.

Great experience here treating my daughter’s sprained ankle, trying to get her back on the court asap. I even got a bonus neck and shoulder treatment, immediate relief!

I waited a bit before writing my review because I wanted to experience several sessions and different treatments before making up my mind. So, its been several sessions now, I believe about 10, and I have to say, IM IN LOVE!! I've been doing a combination of sauna time to relax muscles after tough workouts, local cryo for 2 separate injuries that have been lingering and the cryo chamber for full body recovery.
